Currently, the most important issue in the country is the Farmer's Protests. Farmer's from the northern side of India have been protesting against the farm bills passed by Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. And it became an international issue when International pop-singer Rihanna tweeted out about the same and also shared an article by CNN. Joining her was climate activist Greta Thunberg who had also shared a toolkit about contesting protests that looked more like propaganda to make Indian Democracy look bad. Soon after, several Bollywood celebrities had tweeted out against the propaganda tweets and began a trend of #IndiaAgainstPropaganda and #IndiaTogether. A lot of people had slammed these celebs for posting similar tweets which was then busted out by the people as a PR campaign. And now, Salman Khan has responded to a question on Farmer's protests. The Tiger Zinda Hai actor was spotted arriving at an event. He was quizzed about the ongoing protests.
"The right thing should be done. The most correct thing should be done. The most noble thing should be done," said Salman Khan, NDTV quoted. When Rihanna had tweeted out in support of farmer's Kangana Ranaut had bashed her and even called out her profession. Reacting to her tweet, Kangana wrote: "No one is talking about it because they are not farmers they are terrorists who are trying to divide India, so that China can take over our vulnerable broken nation and make it a Chinese colony much like USA... Sit down you fool, we are not selling our nation like you dummies."
Later when Kangana had called Rihanna a porn singer, a musician had asked Kangana for the meaning of her tweet when she was bashing her. "Someone who can't sell music without making it sensual/adult. Unlike classical and genuine singers where body is of no consequence. A porn singer is hugely dependent on his/her flesh show off, private parts exposure and mediocre talent.This makes them absolutely massy, and junk," she had said.
Kangana has tweeted out against Greta Thunberg too. She has been slamming those supporting Farmer's protest and has been calling them terrorists, anti-nationals and more.
