Alia Bhatt gets a plush new apartment in Pali Hill; to be Ranbir Kapoor's new neighbour?

Alia Bhatt is having the best year it seems. The Highway actress has reportedly bought 2,460 sq ft apartment in Bandra. As per reports in Pinkvilla, Alia Bhatt has bought another plush new apartment in Pali Hill 'Vastu' a month ago and will be beau Ranbir Kapoor's new neighbour. This is the same apartment where beau Ranbir Kapoor has his bachelor's pad too. He has his bachelor's pad on 7th floor, while Alia has purchased the 2,460 sq ft flat on the fifth floor of Vastu Pali Hill for a whooping Rs 32 Crore. It is a 12 storey tower and is close to Kapoor's Krishna Raj bungalow. The Brahmastra actress currently lives with her sister Shaheen Bhatt in Juhu and will be moving to her new apartment soon. It is also reported that Alia Bhatt has asked Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan to do the interior decoration for her new apartment. A source close to the Bhatt family informed Pinkvilla that Alia Bhatt performed Hawan on Laxmi Pujan day in the presence of family, Ranbir Kapoor & few close friends like Karan Johar & Ayan Mukerji.

Alia Bhatt is currently celebrating her sister, Shaheen Bhatt's birthday and has penned down a long and heart-touching note for her. She posted an adorable picture and wrote, "Since we were little you were always my angel you literally gave me wings dancing around with ME on beds and things. I love that we've got our own language one that's full of fruits and veggies Ahh.. life without you is just so basic

Addressing the media during a virtual press conference, Kohli opened up on his decision saying, "The decision was made before the selection meeting that I will be flying back before the first Test. It was purely based on the fact that there was a quarantine period in both ways. I wanted to be back in time to be with my wife for the birth of our first child. Adipurush: Sunny Singh to play Laxman in the Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan starrer?

Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan starrer Adipurush is currently the most awaited film. The film will release on 11th August 2022. Prabhas will play Lord Rama and Saif Ali Khan portray the character of lead antagonist Lankesh. It was earlier reported that Ajay Devgn will play Lord Shiva in the film. For the unversed, Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan will be collaborating with director Om Raut again after Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office. Now, there is another update about this mega-budget pan-India venture. As per reports in the Times Of India, Sonu Ke Titu ki Sweety actor Sunny Singh is approached for the role of Laxman in Adipurush. This will be a completely different project for Sunny Singh and fans will get to see him in a different look.

A source close to the production said, "Sunny Singh has been approached to essay the character of Laxman, brother to Prabhas for 'AdiPurush' which also marks one of the most prominent roles in the film. If all goes well, one can expect Sunny Singh in a completely different avatar and character on-screen. Sharing screen space with Prabhas is going to be a brilliant opportunity worth grabbing for Sunny." However, nothing has been confirmed yet and it surely would be interesting to watch this stellar cast. Yesterday, it was reported that Kriti Sanon has been approached for the role of Sita in the movie.

A source close to Mumbai Mirror revealed, "After considering several top names, from both the Hindi and Telugu industries, they decided on Kriti. She will play the character with grace and dignity. It will mostly be shot in the studio against a chroma screen. Om and Bhushan have been talking to VFX technicians of international repute, who have worked on films like Avatar and Star Wars, to make the shooting process smooth and mount the film on a certain scale. Playing Sita is an opportunity of a lifetime for her, and she immediately came on board. She will be juggling multiple films in the first quarter of 2021."
