RC 15: THIS megastar to join Ram Charan-Shankar's big-budget pan-India film?

The untitled pan-India project of maverick filmmaker Shankar with Ram Charan has been in the news for quite sometime. While the makers are planning to take the film on floors soon, the latest development suggests that the director of the film wants Salman Khan to play the character of a no non-sense cop in the film, which can be only justified by an actor, who has strong presence and is older to Ram Charan. Reportedly, both actor and director are planning to meet the Radhe actor soon for the discussion.

The reports suggests that if Salman Khan doesn't come on board for this extended cameo, they will approach some another senior superstar. Well, watching Ram Charan and Salman Khan will definitely be a treat for the audience. While it is said that Kiara Advani has been approached to play the female lead in the film, she is yet to sign the film officially. The pan-India film will be bankrolled by popular producer Dil Raju.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan will be next seen in SS Rajamouli's RRR, which is one of the most-anticipated films of the year. In the motion poster of the film, we saw Ram Charan as the element of fire and Jr. NTR as water. When asked about this, SS Rajamouli replied, "Fire and Water are the two opposing elements. One can destroy the other. But if they come together and create steam, the force generated can run the motor of the world." The filmmaker hinted that they come together against the Britishers. The director also said that since the duo are good friends it was easy for him to bring them on board. "They didn't even take a minute to say yes," revealed the filmmaker. Produced by DVV entertainment, the film also stars Jr NTR, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt and Shriya Sharan in key roles. The film is set to hit the screens on October 13 at the box office.
