RIP Diego Maradona: Sidharth Shukla, Mouni Roy, Sharad Malhotra and other TV celebs pay tribute to the legendary footballer

Football legend Diego Maradona passed away yesterday after suffering a cardiac arrest. He was 60 and his death came soon after he had a successful surgery on a brain blood clot on November 3. He was in the hospital in Buenos Aires after he was diagnosed with a subdural hematoma, which caused a pool of blood between a membrane and his brain. He led Argentina to victory in the 1986 World Cup having knocked England out in the quarter-final with the very famous Hand of God goal. The news of his demise came as a shock to all his fans and well-wishers. The television celebrities were also shell shocked after Diego Maradona's demise. They took to their respective social media accounts and paid tribute to the legend. Bigg Boss 13 winner, Sidharth Shukla took to Twitter and wrote, "I have known the game of football because of you......As a child I have always wanted to be Maradona.... but There can never be another you.....Your game will be missed..... #RIPMaradona"

 

Mouni Roy also posted a picture of Diego Maradona lifting the World Cup and wrote, "In memorial...Rip..." Take a look at her post.

Sharad Malhotra also took to Instagram stories to share a picture of Diego Maradona and wrote, "Rip Legend.."
