Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha is one of the most anticipated Bollywood films. Directed by Advait Chandan of the Secret Superstar fame, Laal Singh Chaddha is current in production and there are some portions of the movie that are still to be shot. And that includes the action sequences from the film. And now as per the latest report in a leading entertainment portal, the shooting of Laal Singh Chaddha will resume soon. It is being said that Aamir Khan will shoot for an action sequence around the war in Ladakh and Kargil area. Reportedly, Aamir Khan's photographers were spotted for a recce at the said location.
Times of India reported that the action sequence in the Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer film will be a 45-day schedule. Naga Chaitanya who is making his Bollywood debut with Laal Singh Chaddha has stepped in for Vijay Sethupathi in the film. The report states that he will be joining Aamir Khan and the team in Ladakh-Kargil too. Meanwhile, Laal Singh Chaddha has had numerous delays. Earlier intended for a Christmas 2020 release but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the shooting stalled.
In a recent interview, Aamir Khan opened up on the delay of the film. He said that these are uncertain times that everyone is living in. Citing the opening scene of Forrest Gump as an example Aamir said that their lives have become like the feather which flies here and there. Just like that feather, they are being "pushed here and there". He said, "So we'll see where it lands but so far things are going well and for now, things seem to be in control. Hopefully, by the end of the year, we should see the film."
He further added, "While the rest of the world was dealing with Corona, we were dealing with Corona and Kareena (Kapoor) who was the heroine of the film, she got pregnant, another complication so we are like one more gust of wind has pushed us in another direction."
