One of South India's leading producers, Elred Kumar, has announced his next movie, Viduthalai, with National award-winning filmmaker, Vetri Maaran, starring Vijay Sethupathi, who plays the interesting role of the 'Mentor' in it, and Soori, who'll be seen as the 'Protagonist'. National Award winner Vetri Maaran has been amusing pan-Indian audiences with unique and unparalleled story premises for quite some time now. Significantly, producer Elred Kumar of RS Infotainment has produced many content-driven movies, which have been both critically and commercially successful.
Both are now collaborating for Viduthalai, featuring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role and Soori in a key supporting part. This also marks the first time that filmmaker Vetri Maaran is teaming up with Vijay Sethupathi aka Maestro Isaignani Ilayaraja. The shooting of Viduthalai has been conducted across the dense forests of western ghats, where there was no electricity and telecommunications. The prime cast, including Vijay Sethupathi, Vetri Maaran, Soori, Bhavani Sre, as also the remaining cast and crew had stayed along with the native tribal people during the filming phase.
Following the grand success of Asuran, word is that Director Vetri Maaran has yet another strong content as the premise for this film, which has a screenplay laced with edge-of-seat thriller moments, twists, and turns. The technical crew includes Velraj (Cinematography), who has consistently cranked the camera for Vetri Maaran's previous movies, R.
