After the postponement of films like Sooryavanshi, Thalaivi, Chehre and others, another Bollywood film has delayed its release keeping in mind of the current pandemic crisis. We are talking about John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar's Satyameva Jayate 2. While the makers have averted the clash with Salman Khan's Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai at the box office, they have not revealed their new release date. The statement reads, "In these unprecedented times, nothing matters more than the safety and health of our countrymen and patrons. Our film 'Satyameva Jayate 2' will now release on a later date. Till then let's keep our masks on and do our best to keep our loved ones and ourselves out of harm's way. Jai Hind. - Team SMJ2"

The lead actress of the film, Divya Khosla Kumar recently shared crucial details of the film and told BollywoodLife, "Satyameva Jayate 2 is completely a very massy film. When I was narrated the story by my Director, Milap (Zaveri), I totally loved it and it channelises many issues of today issues that our country is facing. My character is that of a very strong lady, but also a Bhartiya naari quintessential Indian woman). I can't tell you what her profession is because if I reveal that, a lot of things would be revealed. So, I'm not revealing my profession, but I can say that I'm playing a strong Indian woman, and am really looking forward to the release of the film. We'll be releasing the film's trailer in April, and share it with everyone, so I think that'd through more light on the movie. Till that time, I am sorry, but I can only reveal this much."
Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film also stars Sahil Vaid, Shaad Randhawa, Gautami Kapoor and Anup Soni in pivotal roles.
