Throwback: When Shah Rukh Khan described his perfect Sunday; saying, 'Gauri mujhe nachati hai'

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan have always given us couple goals. While he is a self-confessed workaholic, Shah Rukh Khan has also been a family person. When the actor first came to Mumbai, he hardly had friends in the city. Slowly, his circle grew and the rest is history! Here is a throwback interview where the superstar is talking about how his perfect Sunday looks like. Shah Rukh Khan is having a chat with Farida Jalal with whom he has worked in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. This is what he says in the interview.

Shah Rukh Khan tells Farida Jalal that he wakes up around 11 am. And when he gets up, he is scolded by wife, Gauri Khan. It seems she is fed up of his workaholic habits due to which he looks damn tired. Like many of us, Shah Rukh Khan reveals he is damn lazy to bathe on time on a Sunday. But he kind of compensates for it by bathing his pet dog, Chewbacca (you end up having a bath while doing so anyways!). Fans of Shah Rukh Khan know that he is a dog lover. Chewbacca Khan was their first pet in Mumbai. The actor later tells Farida Jalal that friends come home on Sundays and they play board games for hours. In the evening, they head for a place where they can dance. As we know, Gauri Khan loves dancing. She was a student of Shiamak Davar's institute in those days.

Shah Rukh Khan seems like the rest of us as he talks of watching a film on a Sunday sipping on cola and munching chips. We are sure that many will identify with his idea of being lazy for a bath on Sundays. And we just cannot get over the dimples in this throwback video.
