On the auspiciouos occasion of Sankranthi, the makers of Panjaa Vaisshnav Tej, Vijay Sethupathi and Krithi Shetty's Uppena have dropped the teaser and it looks like a visual treat for fans. While the promo looks visually appealing with the mesmerising chemistry between the duo, we misse Vijay Sethupathi in the teaser, who plays the lead antagonist in the film. The film is directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who is a protege of Sukumar. While the camera is cranked by Shamdat Sainudeen, the music is composed by DSP aka Devi Sri Prasad. The art-direction of Uppena is done by Mounika Ramakrishna.
