Kangana Ranaut has yet again taken a dig at Karan Johar and his chat show, Koffee With Karan. The Panga actress whose last appearance on the talk show created a nation-wide controversy has yet again dragged the filmmaker and his show and slammed it. It so happened that a social media user had tweeted out about Simi Garewal's chat show called 'Rendezvous with Simi Garewal' praising the yesteryear actress for her grace and authenticity of the show. Kangana Ranaut retweeted the same and compared it to Karan Johar's chat show and bashed it all out.
Kangana Ranaut who will next be seen in Thalaivi revealed that watching Simi Garewal's interview with late actress-turned-politician Jayalalithaa helped her in understanding the character even more. When Kangana Ranaut had made her last appearance on the Koffee couch, she did not leave anything in her heart and openly slammed him calling him the flag bearer of nepotism in the industry. Last year, when Sushant Singh Rajput passed away, Kangana Ranaut had called out the Bollywood gang who would bully outsiders and Karan Johar was at the top of her list. She alleged that Sushant had been banned by Karan Johar and some other celebs from their parties and films. The Gangster actress is known to not mince her words when speaking or commenting on anything. Kangana Ranaut has also been openly challenging everyone to prove her wrong.
Meanwhile, on the work front, apart from Thalaivi, Kangana Ranaut has Dhaakad and Tejas in the pipeline. Talking about Thalaivi, the biographical drama film also stars Arvind Swamy, Samuthirakani, Bhagyashree, Prakash Raj to name a few. Directed by AL Vijay, the Thalaivi movie is scheduled to release on 23rd April 2021.
Dhaakad, on the other hand, is a spy-thriller film co-starring Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta. Dhaakad is directed by Razneesh Ghai. Tejas is an action-drama directed by Sarvesh Mewara.
