Ekta Kapoor's soap opera Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, which featured Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes in lead roles, recently went off-air. Though we see the stars posting some fun stull and anecdotes about each other on social media and interviews. Actress Shubhaavi Choksey, who played the character of Mohini Basu in the show, revealed that she calls Erica 'Jagat Mata' as she told Mumbai Mirror, "Eri is a very warm person, I call her Jagat Mata as she goes out of her way to do things for people. She is not a social butterfly like me but that's what makes me feel so special as I am in her inner circle of loved ones. She too goes with sheer honesty and that's one more quality I love about her. And the most important thing is that she has a zest to achieve things in life which makes me respect her even more."
Speaking about her bond with Parth and Erica, she said, "If I knew how then I don't think this bond of friendship would have happened in the first place. It is indefinable actually. All I can say is that like minds think alike and that the purity of friendship always prevails." Shubhaavi added, "Honestly, I really don't know how it happened but I certainly know that this bond of friendship is a pact made only with the heart and that's why it's so close to my heart."
In September last month, Erica opened up about show going off-air and told E Times, "Every good thing comes to an end, and daily soaps are no different. In order to make way for a new show, the older show has to come to an end. Actually, an actor has no say in whether the show will run for years or come to an end all of a sudden. We are actors and cannot control the storyline, which is the prerogative of the makers and channels."
