Sushant Singh Rajput case: Subramanian Swamy wants CBI to register an FIR under Section 302 (Punishment for Murder)

Sushant Singh Rajput's case was investigated by the CBI that questioned many people over a span of two weeks. The maximum grilling took place with Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Siddharth Pithani and the people who were present at his residence on June 14, 2020. Subramaniam Swamy was one of the first top leaders who heard the request of fans who wanted a CBI Enquiry in the demise of the Kedarnath actor. Now, he tweeted that the delay on part of the CBI to file a FIR or come out with an official statement is very distressing for fans of the actor.

Fans of the actor were disappointed on hearing this. They said it seems unlikely that people would get proper closure on the matter. Swamy told late Sushant Singh Rajput's fans that they needed to be strong mentally. The point to be noted is that he has said they can file under section 302, which is Punishment for Murder. There is a lot of talk about the case being investigated as a case of suspected homicide. However, a motive is needed for murder.

The CBI is also being doubly cautious in the matter. It seems it is taking a second opinion on the report prepared by the CFSL in Delhi. As per reports, it has come out as a partial hanging though no official statement has come out. The actor was ambidextrous but he used his right hand, as per staff members. Flatmate Siddharth Pithani is back home in Hyderabad, and is back on social media too.
