The Narcotics Control Bureau has been doing crackdowns since yesterday. Today morning, the team raided the residence of Kshitij Ravi Prasad. He is an executive producer with Karan Johar. As per Republic, he bought quantities of hard drugs for consumption. The raid happened at his Versova residence. Kshitij Ravi Prasad and his female companion were picked up by the Narcotics Control Bureau. Top IRS officer Sameer Wankhede himself went for the raid. He also went to the residence of Rhea Chakraborty after which Showik Chakraborty and she were picked up. We have to see if Kshitij Ravi Prasad spills more names in the questioning.
Top producer Karan Johar is now in Goa with his mom, Hiroo and kids. It was speculated that he was leaving the country but that was not the case. One of the cases under the radar of the NCB is the 2019 party at Karan Johar's residence. The video from the party had gone viral after BJP MLA Manjinder Sirsa said that it looked like Udta Bollywood. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Ayan Mukerji, Shahid Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Malaika Arora were seen at that bash. In fact, Vicky Kaushal was trolled by one and all.
