Bobby Deol's second innings in her career has started on a great note with Race 3 and Housefull 4 turning into money spinners and both of his web shows, Class of '83 and Ashram getting rave reviews from the audience. In a recent interaction with E Times, the actor said that the current lot of actors is an inspiration for him. "There are so many talented actors around today. Frankly, they only make you work harder. I respect all of them as they are amazing at their work. They are an inspiration to all of us. You get amazed looking at their performances. It encourages you to do better work," said Bobby Deol.
The actor also revealed that his younger son Dharam is a fan of Tiger Shroff as he said, "It is interesting how the newer lot like Tiger Shroff who's into action films is such a pro with action and stunts. Tiger dances so well, my younger son is a big fan of his." When asked about his fitness role model, Bobby took his father's name and said, "The biggest example, when it came to fitness has been my father. He was the first He-Man of the industry. The first time he removed his shirt in Phool Aur Patthar (1966), he became a rage!"
Talking about his last venture, Ashram, which was a 9-part web-series, it also featured Aaditi Pohankar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Darshan Kumaar, Anupriya Goenka, Adhyayan Suman, Tridha Choudhury, Vikram Kochhar, Tushar Pandey, Sachin Shroff, Anuritta K Jha and Rajeev Siddhartha in key roles. The series was directed by Prakash Jha, who is known for helming films like Gangaajal, Apaharan, Raajneeti and others. As per the reports, the actor will be seen in a special appearance in Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon starrer Bachchan Pandey, which is expected to go on floors in 2021.
