Kushal Zaveri, the director of the original TV show Pavitra Rishta confirmed the news in an interview with Dainik Bhasker. He also confirmed that Ankita Lokhande has signed the lead for Pavitra Rishta 2.
The report also states that the Ankita Lokhande starrer Pavitra Rishta 2 will release on ALT Balaji. With this, people are eagerly waiting to know who would fill in for Sushant Singh Rajput's character. The male lead of the show is not finalised yet but there have been rumours that Manit Joura might play the male lead. With this news doing rounds on the internet, we thought of asking fans who they wish to see opposite Ankita Lokhande in Pavitra Rishta 2 amongst Manit Joura, Hiten Tejwani, Sehban Azim, Harshad Chopda and Barun Sobti. Apart from Manit, we will these other guys will also look good as Manav. Hiten Tejwani has played Manav in Pavitra Rishta after Sushant left the show so people are familiar with his and Ankita's chemistry. However, we feel Sehban Azim can also fit in that character. Harshad Chopda has worked with Sushant earlier and is his good friend. Also, Harshad's personality would suit as Manav.
