BTS: The septet's WHOPPING fee from the McDonald's endorsement prove the boys rule the ad space too

BTS is in its era of world domination and a lot of credit goes to its loyal ARMY. The latest development that has made fans damn happy is the BTS McDonald's meal. Like young people the world over, the septet also love their burgers and fries. The band's meal has their favourite chicken nuggets with dips and medium fries. BTS has spoken about how they did frequent the McDonald's near their dorm when they were trainees. It was a place to relax and make friends. Suga said he agreed to go to the mall only when his folks promised him a pack of fries from McDonald's.

Now, let us come to the economics. BTS makes a staggering amount from their endorsement. They have huge brands like Puma, Fila, SK Telecom, Kloud Beer, McDonald's and Baskin Robbins in their endorsement kitty. The BTS meal is going to be available in 50 countries. As per The Korea Times, the group is all set to get a staggering 10.0 billion KRW, which is around $8.98 million USD. In Indian money, it is above Rs 65 crore. Now, that is a huge sum. This is just one of their endorsements.

The Korea Times earlier reported that the septet makes somewhere between $2.69 million to $4.49 million USD for every national brand. Given the number of endorsements they have amassed huge wealth. The boys were also named as the new house ambassadors for Louis Vuitton two months back. However, BTS members believe in philanthropy and share from their wealth for the greater global good.

The boy band has bought luxurious apartments for personal use in some of Seoul's posh areas. They also spend a lot on fashion. It seems they prefer buying pieces rather than wearing clothes and returning them like many celebs do. They have contributed close to 3.6 billion to the national economy.
