The Kapil Sharma Show: Upasana Singh booked in Punjab for flouting COVID-19 rules

Upasana Singh aka Pinky Bua/Twinkle of The Kapil Sharma Show is in the dock. She has been accused of flouting COVID-19 rules in Punjab. It seems the state police has filed a case against her. It seems she was shooting in Punjab along with the cast of her film. It seems when the cops found out that shooting was happening, they reached and raided the location. When the cops reached the venue, they found out that the star cast had no official permission at the place. They failed to provide documents as well. Post that, a case was filed against Upasana Singh and others.

The FIR has been filed under the Epidemic Diseases Act. The case has been filed at Morinda Police Station. It is a town in Punjab's Rupnagar District. It seems some pics of the actress are going viral on social media.

Punjab is seeing a rise in cases of late. As we know, neighbouring states like Delhi and the whole NCR belt is reeling under the surge of coronavirus. Actors like Jimmy Shergill and Gippy Grewal have been booked for breaking the COVID-19 rules. Jimmy Shergill was shooting in Ludhiana for a web show. It is the remake of an Isreali show. It seems Jimmy and others had permission to shoot only till 8 pm but they extended the time. The shoot was happening in a government school. Gippy Grewal was also reportedly arrested while shooting a film at Banur in Punjab's Patiala district along with other members. The singer was released on bail.

Upasana Singh has been part of The Kapil Sharma Show for a long time. People love her as Pinky Bua till date. Her best work was in Comedy Nights with Kapil on Colors.
