Today is Satyajit Ray's 101st birth anniversary. The filmmaker left a profound impact throughout the world through his films. His work was acknowledged by the Oscars in 1992 and it was none other than the legendary Audrey Hepburn who had presented him an Honorary Oscar. While he couldn't it make it in person to collect the trophy, he sent a video message from his hospital. Calling it the best achievement, of his movie-making career, he gave a wonderful speech which was laced with humour. Have a look.
