Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most loved-couples of the TV industry and while the rumours of their wedding are once again making rounds on social media, we saw a video of RK's mom and actress Neetu Kapoor doing dance rehearsal with Rajendra Singh aka Masterji, who is known for choregraphing Bollywood weddings, on Ranbir Kapoor's chartbuster song Ghagra from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Well, this clip raises our excitement and makes us wonder, whether the veteran star has started the preparation with setting the dance numbers.
Interestingly in October 2020, the we saw the rehearsal video of Neetu Kapoor and Rajendra Singh going viral on the internet and sparked the wedding rumours between the Ranbir and Alia. Earlier RK confirmed his marriage with Alia in 2021 and told journalist Rajeev Masand that his girlfriend is an over-achiever and even learnt screenwriting and guitar during the lockdown period.
Though a source close to the couple exclusively told us that they will tie the knot only after Brahmastra's release and said, "Indian weddings are like festivals and the prep doesn't get over till the last minute. The family may have begun the preparations, but there is no shaadi happening this year. Also, the Indian audience still gets excited about stars dating, and believe it or not, it does add buzz to a film's release. So, neither Ranbir or Alia are keen to dampen the buzz of their own movie after having invested so much of time and effort into Brahmastra as once couples get married, our audience tends to lose interest in their relationship. So, they're not likely to be a wedding until after Brahmastra releases."
Talking about Brahmastra, the Ayan Mukerji directorial also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles. It marks the first time collaboration between Ranbir and Alia.
