Looop Lapeta FIRST LOOK: Taapsee Pannu looks deadly and sexy in the official remake of iconic German film, Run Lola Run

Taapsee Pannu, known to choose unique, clutter-breaking roles and scripts, is currently in Goa completing the last leg of her next film, Looop Lapeta, touted to be a zippy adventurous ride, adapted from the iconic German movie, Run Lola Run. Just like the celebrated original that broke new ground, the makers of Looop Lapeta promise to offer us a new-age, millennial language of story-telling, and going by the movie's first look, we certainly think they're on track to do so.

Sharing the Looop Lapeta first look on her official INstagram handle, Taapsee Pannu wrote: "Life mein kabhi kabhaar aisa time aata hai jab humein khud se yeh sawaal karna padta hai "How did I end up here?" main bhi yahi soch rahi thi. No, not the shit pot, but the shit life! Hi, this is Savi and welcome on board a crazy ride #LooopLapeta @tahirrajbhasin @bhatiaaakash @sonypicsfilmsin @ellipsisentertainment @vivekkrishnani @tanuj.Garg @atulkasbekar @aayush_blm ." Check out her post below:

It looks like Taapsee is continuing to write her own rules as an artiste, and Looop Lapeta is an edgy, new space for the powerhouse actor, who has been paired opposite the talented Tahir Raj Bhasin for the first time. As the dramaedy nears its completion and gears for a release later this year, the makers have teased us with her deadly and sexy first look, and boy, are we intrigued. Donning a never-before-seen avatar, Taapsee is looking chic, hip and trendy. Helmed by noted ad filmmaker Aakash Bhatia, Looop Lapeta is being produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment (Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar) and Aayush Maheshwari.
