Bigg Boss 9 contestants Rochelle Rao and Keith Sequeira have used the lockdown period well and had taken an offbeat course to keep their relationship strong and fresh. Rochelle Rao and Keith Sequeira took up a marriage counselling course during the lockdown. In an interview with ETimes, Rochelle and Keith revealed that they were happy to look back at how far they have come as individuals and as a couple in the course of their relationship. Rochelle Rao said, "The course was about catching up with each other and figuring out what we have learnt about each other in the last couple of years. Things that we may want to talk about or discuss in a neutral way and discovering more about each other as well. It was for about six weeks and we had one or two sessions per week, which were actually a lot of fun. Some parts of the course were romantic as well."
"We decided to do this course because we had completed two years of marriage (in 2020) and we thought, why not catch up on where we are? We had done a marriage counselling course like this when we were engaged as well as a pre-wedding kind of thing, so this was like a continuation of that," she added. Rochelle Rao also shares thet the course has brought them closer. She said, "It changed our relationship in a great way, like there were a few things that we had both said and done to each other in the last couple of years that were misunderstood and not processed properly. This gave us the opportunity to just clear the air without targeting or making it look like a fight. It was actually very sweet because we sorted out matters in a healthy way. So that changed our opinion of each other."
She also reveals that they have no plans to begin their family now. She said, "I don't feel any pressure to start a family right away, but both Keith and I have been very clear on our timelines and when we want to start on that phase of our lives. We definitely want to start our family, but we are happy with where we are in our lives currently. So when the time is right, we both will go for it."
