Tamannaah Bhatia is giving us fashion goals and how! She says she has regained the strength of her pre-Covid days thanks to two months of consistent workout. Tamannah shared a gym video on Instagram where she can be seen lifting weight.
"You don't have to be extreme, just be consistent. 2 months of consistent, supervised workout routines with @devimeena and @kirandembla, and I'm back to my pre-covid body! In your face Covid-19. #BeStrongerThanYourExcuse #MakeItHappen #BeastMode #doiteveryday," the actress shared. Have a look at her post below:
Tamannaah had tested positive for Covid in October last year. The actress underwent treatment at a hospital in Hyderabad for a week. In a past interview, the actress spoke about her Covid experience. She said, "I was really scared when getting treated, there was a constant fear of death in me. I had very severe symptoms that I knew had killed others on their way to recovery. But the doctors truly saved me and I should thank my parents too for standing in support. It made me realize how valuable life truly is."
She also questioned the response she got on social media. She said, "How insensitive can people around us be? I was on heavy medication throughout the process which made me look heavy. There are many who called me fat when I posted a picture. It showed me how some can't see through what the person has gone through and instead, just look for flaws."
She will next be seen in the upcoming Telugu sports drama Seetimaarr. In the film, Tammannah will be playing the role of a Kabaddi coach named Jwala Singh.
The film, which is currently on the floors in Hyderabad, is being helmed by Sampath Nandi and also stars Gopichand in the lead. Actor Rohit Pathak will be seen in a negative character.
