Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone are two of the most good-looking stars of Bollywood and while we are waiting for them together, it seems that our wish has come true. As per the reports, the duo will come together Siddharth Anand's upcoming next, which will be an action entertainer. This will be the third collaboration between HR and Siddharth after War and Bang Bang and second between Deepika and the director post Pathan. A source close to the development told SpotBoye, "The problem was not in bringing them together. Not at all! Both Duggu (Hrithik) and Deepika were keen to work together. Every time Deepika met Hrithik she was like, 'When? When? When?' But it had to be the right bright script with equal roles for both. This is why Deepika has said no to other offers with Duggu in the past. They were great set-ups but her role was not worth it. Finally, Siddharth Anand has come up with a script that's totally worth it for Deepika." Well, this news will definitely cheer up all DP and HR fans.
On the professional front, Deepika Padukone will next be seen alongside husband Ranveer Singh in '83. Talking about Deepika Padukone coming on board, director Kabir Khan told BollywoodLife, "I think the background, the fact that her dad, Prakash Padukone was a sports superstar, that influenced her very strongly. It wasn't because Deepika had agreed to do the film that I wrote the role. Deepika liked the role, and that's why she agreed to do the film. We never initially intended it that way (Deepika being a part of the film), and as Deepika said, there's a certain support role that the family plays, and I wanted to capture that, which is why I wrote the character of Romi, and when I narrated it to Deepika, I knew it was a small role. So, I said to Deepika, 'Just listen to the film. If you like it, you'll come on board, if not, you won't come on board. She heard the film, and she knew it was about the team and the boys and Kapil. But, she just loved the script and so, she came on board." She also Pathan, Mahabharat and Prabhas' next in the pipeline.
