The New Year has started off on a good note. The team of Bachchan Pandey is now in Rajasthan for the first leg of the shoot. Akshay Kumar and team have unveiled the first look of the superstar. We can see that he is wearing a black shirt over denims. A gamcha (thin cloth towel) is tied around his head and he has a thick gold necklace. Akshay Kumar is rocking the unkempt look to the tee. He tweeted, "New year, old associations...begun shooting for #BachchanPandey, my 10th film with #SajidNadiadwala, and hopefully many more. Need your best wishes and do tell me your thoughts on the look."
Bachchan Pandey is a masala entertainer. The film has two stunning leading ladies in Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez. Kriti Sanon also shared her pic from the sets showing off the clapper board of the movie. It seems she shot on day one of the movie.
Kriti Sanon plays the role of a journalist who aspires to become a filmmaker. A month back, Jacqueline Fernandez announced that she is also joining the cast. Arshad Warsi and Pankaj Tripathi are also part of the cast.
Bachchan Pandey is one of the first films to kickstart in the New Year. It is being made by Farhad Samji who earlier directed Housefull 4. He is a famous screenwriter known for his comedies and masala entertainers.
