We know that y'all are badly waiting to watch Salman Khan on the big screen. But it'll happen in the next year now. Though you need not worry as Salman Khan has quite a few films in the pipeline. The actor is quite busy already with shooting for the Bigg Boss 14 episodes. And now as per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Salman Khan has quietly begun shooting for his next with Mahesh Manjrekar called Antim. The film is said to be a gangster-drama which also stars the superstars' brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma and actor Nikitin Dheer.
As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Antim features Aayush Sharma as a dreaded gangster while the Bajarangi Bhaijaan star plays a cop. It is a chase action-drama. Antim, reportedly, went on floors on November 16 in Pune where the makers shot a chase sequence with Aayush Sharma don't the supporting cast. the cast and crew then shot in the ND studios after which they moved to the Mumbai suburban studios wherein Salman Khan joined them after about 20 days. A source close to the development of the same said that Salman wants to surprise his fans with this one. "Salman plays a no-nonsense Sikh cop who is on a mission to end gang-wars and land mafia in his area of jurisdiction. After wrapping up his action-thriller Radhe in October, in which he sports a clean-shaven look, he took time off to grow a beard," the source said and revealed that the actor will be wearing a turban too and for the first time in his 30-year-long career, portray a Sardar cop. "There is high security on the sets to ensure that his look does not get leaked. Salman wants to take his fans by surprise."
And now, in the city, the makers will film some confrontation scenes between Salman and Aayush. "In this schedule, Salman and Aayush will be filming several confrontation scenes. While the cop is a serious guy, there is an underlying tone of dark humour to the character that is Mahesh Manjrekar's trademark," the source added. Salman will shoot throughout December except for his annual; birthday leave. "It's going to be a nonstop shoot through December and they are expected to complete the film by mid-January. However, Salman will take his annual birthday break in the last week of the year," the source revealed to Mumbai Mirror.
Meanwhile, apart from Radhe, Salman Khan has Tiger 3 and a cameo appearance in Pathan starring Shah Rukh Khan. Reportedly he has allotted bulk dates from February to September for Tiger 3.
