A coupe of days ago, Dharmesh Yelande, one of Remo D'Souza's close confidants, former student and currently a judge on Dance India Dance, had opened up about his health in an interview to ETimes, where he had said, "Remo sir is fine now, he is doing well. We all are at Kokilaben Hospital with him. He had to go through a surgery and everything is fine. We are not allowed inside but we are constantly in touch with his wife, Lizelle D'Souza, over calls. Remo sir's health is fine now."
Remo D'Souza's Race 3 producer, Ramesh Taurani, also offered another update on his health, while speaking to ETimes. "I spoke to Remo's wife. A stent (a metal mesh inserted in surgical procedures to make blood flow freely in blocked coronary arteries) has been put. He is stable now," he said.
