Amitabh Bachchan shares throwback Dance India Dance video of his Deewar performance; says, 'Get well, Remo D'Souza'

As both Bollywood lover and industry insiders are both coming to terms with Remo D'Souza's shocking heart attack, wishes and prayers continue to pour in from all quarters. Now, the Mahanayak of the century, Amitabh Bachchan, has shared a throwback video of a spectacular performance on Remo D'Souza's widely watched reality show, Dance India Dance, wherein a group of participants pull off some jaw-dropping moves on nothing other than his iconic 'Aaj, khush toh bahut honge tum' from the his 1975 classic, Deewar. Sharing the video on his official Twitter, Amitabh Bachchan offered his prayers and best wishes to the choreographer-Director, and wrote: "Get well Remo ... Prayers," adding, "And thank you for your wishes," addressing the individual who initially tweeted the video and brought it to the superstar's notice. Watch it below:

A coupe of days ago, Dharmesh Yelande, one of Remo D'Souza's close confidants, former student and currently a judge on Dance India Dance, had opened up about his health in an interview to ETimes, where he had said, "Remo sir is fine now, he is doing well. We all are at Kokilaben Hospital with him. He had to go through a surgery and everything is fine. We are not allowed inside but we are constantly in touch with his wife, Lizelle D'Souza, over calls. Remo sir's health is fine now."

Remo D'Souza's Race 3 producer, Ramesh Taurani, also offered another update on his health, while speaking to ETimes. "I spoke to Remo's wife. A stent (a metal mesh inserted in surgical procedures to make blood flow freely in blocked coronary arteries) has been put. He is stable now," he said.
