TV actress Dipika Kakar, who got married to the love of her life Shoaib Ibrahim, embraced Islam after marriage. Her name has been changed to Fiza Ibrahim which also happens to reflect in her marriage certificate.
Yesteryear actor Sharmila Tagore had changed her religion after her marriage to the former Indian cricket captain, Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. She was named Begum Ayesha Sultana.
