Brahmastra: Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna reunite for a 10-day schedule in Mumbai; film shoot extends to a WHOPPING 183 days

One of the most ambitious projects being made by Dharma Productions is Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. The movie was supposed to come out in December this year, but the pandemic ruined the plans. During the lockdown, filmmaker Ayan Mukerji worked with a London-based studio on the visual effects. It seems he finished work on other technical aspects as well. Now, Mumbai Mirror has reported that he will start a ten-day shoot for the remaining portion of the movie.

The tabloid states that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor along with Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy will shoot for 10 days in Mumbai. It is an indoor shoot that will take place in a studio. Now, this means that the team will shoot for 183 days, which is huge. It seems that two songs are yet to be filmed. But the makers want to the situation to improve further before shooting the songs. It seems they plan to shoot on a huge scale with a number of background dancers. As per Mumbai Mirror, the shoot of the songs is slated to happen in January 2021. It looks like the movie will be shot over 200 days.

Lovebirds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are coming together for the first time for Brahmastra. Amitabh Bachchan plays an important role in the movie. Shah Rukh Khan is doing a cameo. It seems the makers will release the movie only after the situation normalises, and cinemas again start recording good number of audiences.
