Naagin 5 is one of the most-watched shows in Indian television currently. Surbhi Chandna and Sharad Malhotra as Bani and Veer respectively, were being liked as a pair. However, Sharad Malhotra was tested positive for Coronavirus and couldn't continue. There were reports stating that Dheeraj Dhoopar, who played Cheel Aakesh in the show, would be replacing Sharad till he recovers.
A BTS clip from their shoot went viral. In the video we can see Surbhi and Dheeraj prepping for their scene. Surbhi is seen in a beautiful saree while Dheeraj is an all-black ensemble.

A few days ago, Surbhi Chandna took to Twitter and revealed that she has tested negative for COVID-19. Surbhi Chandna wrote, "It was important for me to keep my mind stable and sane cause these few hours have been mentally exhausting especially the BIG STRESS was for The Parents . Mohit Sehgal, who is also a part of Naagin 5, took to Instagram stories and revealed, "Me and @sanayairani both have tested negative but still to be sure of it, we will be performing the tests again by Tuesday or Wednesday. They say usually after 5 days of getting in contact with the covid positive person the virus starts to spread in ur body if it has to.. Will update soon."
Well, we hope the shoot of the show happens smoothly now.
