Saath Nibhana Saathiya is coming with the second season and the loyal fans of the show are super stoked about the return. And with the return, the old cast that is Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Mohammad Nazim, Rupal Patel are returning as well. Ever since Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 was announced, the audience went berserk as just a couple of weeks ago a musician had created a rap out of Kokila's dialogue that went viral and was trending for days. The actress at first had denied being approached for the show but later, the makers of her current show and SNS discussed it with her and she agreed.
Back to filming now, Rupal is reliving her character and the memories from the original shoot. "I am very excited and I am reliving all those memories as Kokila Modi. This time the new family has also been introduced so I met them as well and I must say, it has been an emotional journey for me. My best wishes to the makers and the producers and I request the fans to shower as much love as they did in the earlier show," she told Tellychakkar.
Kokila is a strict yet sensible matriarch of the Modi household. The audience often mistakes her to be just like her character, ruthless and strict. "I am not strict but I am very righteous like Kokila. While Kokila is very stern, I am a very soft hearted person, humble and I smile a lot," the actress said, squashing all the assumptions.
Talking about her on-screen dressing sense, be it Kokila Modi or Meenakshi Rajvansh, Rupal has been seen in quite a stylish avatar. When asked about whether she is stylish in real life, the actress said, "I am glamourous by heart. I am quite simple in real life." Aww, how genuine.
