The CBI is investigating all aspects in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020. It seems the agency is investigating it both as a suicide, and a case of homicide. In the middle of all this, a very startling revelation has come to the fore. It seems the late actor had a huge spat with Samuel Haokip, who was his legal advisor. As we know, Haokip was recruited by Kushal Zaveri who was one of the main members of the late actor's Pro Team. He is a law graduate.
Raees Khan who is the manager of Hang Out Villas reveals that late Sushant Singh Rajput and Samuel Haokip had a huge fight last year. It seems the actor had paid Rs 26 lakh as rent for two years for the villa. Then, he came to know that it was just for one year. This left him extremely angry and distressed. He said that Samuel Haokip left the villa at two am. This year, the actor said he was not interest in renewing the contract for the villa. It seems he told Dipesh Sawant on June 12, 2020 to sell off the furniture and send the dogs to an adoption centre. There were three Rottweilers in the farmhouse, Amar Akbar and Anthony, who are now with the original owner.
We don't know how much of this blackmail story is true. Samuel Haokip is the one who brought life on the clandestine alleged relationship between Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput. He said the two looked like they were madly in love but she suddenly broke off. They had also visited Thailand together. Samuel Haokip said that she broke up after the debacle of Sonchiriya. And it left the actor devastated. This breakup was also confirmed by Smita Parikh.
