Karan Mehra and Nish Rawal's controversy is getting murkier day by day. Nisha Rawal filed a complaint against her husband and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor Karan Mehra accusing him of domestic violence. Things got dirty when the two came out in public to speak about their relationship, which took an ugly turn. While Nisha Rawal claimed that Karan Mehra pushed her against the wall, the latter stated that the former suffers from bipolar disorder. They both are going on accusing each other in public. Now, Chahatt Khanna has opened up about Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal's controversy. She believes that it is not respectable to wash one's dirty laundry in public.
In an interview with Zoom, Chahatt Khanna said, "I was dazed and (it) took me back in time. I have been hiding away. It affected me a lot. I personally think you should not wash your dirty linen in public. It is not respectable. I do not support it. They should not talk in media and (it) makes no sense. I am nobody to say. Coming out in public and talking about your affairs is not cool." Earlier, Bigg Boss 14 contestant Kavita Kaushik indirectly shared her views on the incident.
On her Twitter account, Kavita Kaushik tweeted that one should not become a subject of entertainment for others. She wrote, "Media aur public majje legi aur apni akal ke hisaab se opinion degi, apni pareshaani aur ladaai police aur court mei kar ke samaadhan nikaalo, entertainment mat bano vo bhi free mei." Apart from Kavita, many other celebrities have commented on the controversy revolving around Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal. Gaurav Chopraa who happens to be a dear friend to both he said in an interview with Pinkvilla that it won't be right to pick sides now.
