Ranveer Singh and director Shankar have come together for the Hindi remake of South blockbuster, Anniyan. Ranveer Singh took to Twitter to make the announcement. Director Shankar said, "For it to be made into a Hindi film, Anniyan needed a maverick, charismatic showman like no other to play the part.
