Fans of Alia Bhatt have got their birthday gift. The makers of RRR are here with her first look as Sita from the period drama. This special announcement was made on Saturday that the makers would unveil her look. This is her first film in South India and she could not have got a bigger start. In the movie, she is playing the love interest of Ram Charan. Her look is designed in keeping with the theme of the movie. RRR is a film set during India's freedom struggle. A couple of minutes ago, Alia Bhatt shared her first look as Sita and we must say, she looks absolutely stunning. From the first look, we gather she plays a village belle but the solemn expressions on her face say that she is not a just docile young woman. In March 2020, she announced her association with SS Rajamouli with a tweet, "Today I feel truly grateful... Cannot wait to begin this beautiful journey with this stellar cast and massive team. Thank you S S Rajamouli Sir for giving me this opportunity to be directed by you." Alia Bhatt had told PTI that she really wanted to do the film. She said, "I had bumped into Rajamouli sir at an airport and I begged him that whatever part he has (for me) I will do it. That time he had not casted for the girl yet. He said he was anyway talking about my timelines. So I told him whatever be the timelines, I will make it happen. We made it happen." This is the maker's first film after Baahubali: The Conclusion. It was supposed to come in July 2020 but the lockdown delayed matters. SS Rajamouli also got the virus and was in home quarantine.
In the film, Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetaramaraju while Junior NTR is Komaram Bheem. There has been some controversy already about the movie. All eyes will be on Alia Bhatt in this movie. On the personal front, there are talks of that wedding with Ranbir Kapoor. We wish her a very happy birthday.
