Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have had a rendezvous romance back at the beginning of 2018. After dating for a couple of months, the two decided to tie the knot. It was a grand wedding in Udaipur at the Umaid Bhawan Palace. The actress recently interacted with Oprah Winfrey and opened up her wedding life and how her mother's relationship with her father played a crucial role in her deciding to give it a shot at a relationship with Nick Jonas. Priyanka's interview with Oprah Winfrey has taken over social media by a storm. Oprah quoted Priyanka from her book, Unfinished: A Memoir, saying that The White Tiger actress believed her mother manifested Nick into being her man. Priyanka Chopra had said that her mother would tell her that she'd meet a guy who would sweep her off her feet and that's what Nick Jonas did.
The Quantico actress replied saying, "I was really, swept-ed-ed is absolutely a right adjective. I may have judged the book by its cover. I honestly didn't take it very seriously when Nick was texting me." She went on to add, "I was 35 and I want to get married, and I want to have kids. He is in his 20s... I don't know if that's something he would want to do. I did that to myself for a while till I actually went out with him. Nothing surprised me more than him. He's such a self-assured man, so sensible, so excited about my achievements, my dreams."
Priyanka elaborated her thoughts saying that her mom manifested Nick because it was the same as her marriage with Dr Ashok Chopra. "Such a true partnership that he (Nick) offers me in everything that we do together that I truly believe that my mom manifested him because that was her marriage," Priyanka explained. The Dil Dhadakne Do actress said that her father and mother worked together, lived together and also built a home, a life together. She believes she shares the same equation with Nick Jonas as their parents shared with each other.
