The long answer can be dissected by her latest episode in ARROGANCE, which give a whole new spin to word itself. Recently, the actress took to Twitter to share a collage of her looks from her two upcoming movies, Thalaivi and Dhaakad. Perfectly fine, right? In fact, regardless, your opinions about her oft bizarre opinions, there's no denying that both projects have shaped quite well. However, Kangana, being Kangana, simply had to add that spice, that's not always so nice to a simple post, by means of a caption, which could've only emanated from her pungent pensive state.
Captioning both photos from Thalaivi and Dhaakad, Kangana Ranaut wrote on her official Twitter handle: "Massive transformation alert, The kind of range I display as a performer no other actress on this globe has that right now, I have raw talent like Meryl Streep for layered character depictions but I can also do skilled action and glamour like Gal Gadot #Thalaivi #Dhaakad ." If comparing herself to 3-time Oscar winner Meryl Streep, widely regarded as arguably the greatest living actress, and then going on to proclaim herself the best actress on the planet wasn't enough, then she followed it up with another tweet, accompanied by a few more stills, which read: "I am open for debate if anyone can show me more range and brilliance of craft than me by any other actress on this planet I promise to give up my arrogance, until then I can surely afford the luxury of pride #Thalaivi #Dhaakad ." Now, here's the kicker it'd have been perfectly all right if anybody else, literally anybody else (cinema pundit, media scribe, fellow industry individual or ran outsider) would've made the aforementioned analogy and declaration. But, beating your own drum, with nobody other than your diehard fans to back your self-proclamation, and that, too, after you make these tall claims and not before, reeks, permeates and bursts at the seams with arrogance, which even Kangana Ranaut's most ardent albeit discerning admirers would have to admit. Heck, it'd even put the word 'arrogance' to shame. Well...at least she's honest enough to label herself as 'arrogant', so, we guess, she gets brownie points for that, right?
