Bigg Boss 14 has completed more than 100 days now. Initially, we got some really boring episodes of the show. The contestants were not at all playing the game. The makers had tried a new element this season by adding the toofani seniors, Hina Khan, Sidharth Shukla, Gauahar Khan. These seniors were giving challenges to the new contestants and being their mentors. However, even this element could not impress the audience and they were disappointed with this season. Post the senior left we did see some changes. But the real game began with the entry of the challengers. We saw the challengers bringing in the new energy in the house. This season has also been extended like the last one. But the last season was extended as we saw some amazing performances and fans did not want the show to finish soon. The entertainment quotient was high in season 13. However, this season has not been that entertaining.
But the season got extended due to the re-entries and exits. We have seen during the finale, Nikki Tamboli and Aly Goni got evicted. Rahul Vaidya had quit the show. However, later all three of them were brought back in the game. Vikas Gupta was removed from the show as he had pushed Arshi Khan in the pool. Even Vikas was brought after Salman Khan explained during the weekend ka vaar how he was not the only one responsible for the fight. We saw Sonali Phogat entering the show as a wild card suddenly and later Manu Panjabi left due to health reasons. Vikas Gupta left the house again due to some health-related issues and now Eijaz Khan has to leave the house due the prior commitments of the actor.
However, just like last year, there is someone who has entered as his proxy. And it is Devoleena Bhattacharjee who has entered as Eijaz Khan's proxy and she is not entering alone. It is Vikas Gupta who is making an entry in the house for the third time. These entries and exits happening make Bigg Boss house look like a resort where people come in for a short stay and leave. It looks like Bigg Boss does not want to end this season. This is also unfair with the audience who vote for their favourites and eliminate the weak contestants. The votes seem to have no value in this season. It will be interesting to see how this game will move forward now.
