Now, Virat Kohli's brother, Vikas has shared the first glimpse of the baby girl. He posted a video on his social media handle. It showed the feet of a newborn. The caption read, "Happiness overboard .... angel in the house." Virat Kohli made the announcement in the morning with a tweet, "We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat."

The actress was living at her Versova home for some days now. It looks like she was consulting a doctor in the suburbs. Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma also stepped out for pizza last week. The Indian captain left the India Vs Australia series early to be home with his wife who was expecting. The actress has made it clear that she will resume work at the soonest. Anushka Sharma told India Today, "I will be back to shooting again once I deliver my first child and establish a system at home that balances my child, my home and my professional life. The actress made the announcement in August. After that, she travelled to Dubai to be with Virat Kohli during the IPL. Congratulations have poured in for the couple.
