This is what Ranveer Singh told celeb mehendi artist Veena Nagda when she applied mehendi on Deepika Padukone's hands in Italy

Celeb mehendi artist Veena Nagda is the most sought after lady for Bollywood weddings. She was the one who did the mehendi for Natasha Dalal in her wedding with Varun Dhawan. She has shared beautiful pictures with Varun Dhawan, Gauri Dalal and Laali Dhawan on her social media handle. The lady did the mehendi for Kajal Aggarwal as well. In an interview to Zoom, she revealed how Deepika Padukone kept her promise and called her to Italy to do her mehendi. It seems she had done her mehendi for some film. She told Zoom, "Ranveer Ji had said that ek queen ko dusri queen mehndi lagari hai, wo bhi Italy me. Wah kya baat hai. One day ghumna bhi rakha tha. I had told Deepika Ji after Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani that aapki shadi ki mehndi me lagaungi. When she was in Italy, she had called me and said that I had promised you and have called you."

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married at the stunning Villa del Balbianello on the banks of the picturesque Lake Como. The bride got hitched there in Konkani and Sindhi style. When they came back to India, they held a total of three receptions.

She has shared a picture of Deepika Padukone from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani as well. We can see a bit of mehendi in the Kabira song where she is in a red saree.

The dream wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh at Lake Como will be forever etched in our minds. Ranveer Singh later said, "Whatever she [Deepika] wished, I wanted her to have it. That's the first step in being the husband of the millennium. Whatever her vision of getting married, I wanted her to realise it. Whatever she wanted, it was done exactly in that manner."
