Today morning, we saw the makers of Vijay Deverakonda's Liger dropping the first look of the pan-India venture and in no time it turned out to be a social media blockbuster. While fans praised the look massy look of the Arjun Reddy star, his Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade costar Rashmika Mandanna too praised the look and called it 'killer. The Sarileru Neekevvaru star wrote on Twitter, "So so proud!! Killer poster.. Producer Karan Johar, who unveiled the poster, revealed that the film will be released in 5 languages as he wrote, "Presenting LIGER, starring the ruler of big screens & hearts - Vijay Deverakonda & the fiery Ananya Panday. Directed by the exceptionally skilled Puri Jagannadh, we can't wait to let the world witness this story in 5 languages - Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam. #Liger."
The film marks the first collaboration between Vijay Deverakonda and director Puri Jagannadh. Talking about the filmmaker, the Dwarka actor earlier said, "I am a fan-boy of Puri ever since I watched Pokiri. But Fighter remains the one film he has never attempted so far. Though it will still have his trademark touch, it is an out-of-the-box movie for him too." Liger also features Ronit Roy, Ananya Panday and Ramya Krishnan in key roles.
