In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Ranbir Kapoor opened up about his personal life and the impending wedding with Alia. Ranbir said that he would have been married to Alia Bhatt in 2020 if the pandemic wouldn't have happened. "I don't want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life," he said.
He had added, "My girlfriend Alia is a bit of an overachiever, and she probably took every class there is -- from guitar to screenwriting. I always feel like an underachiever next to her. But no, I didn't take any classes. Initially, we were dealing with the family crisis, and then I got into reading, spent time with my family, and I watch two-three films every day."
There were some reports saying that Ranbir and Alia are engaged. Randhir Kappoor rubbished them and told The Indian Express, "It is not true. If Ranbir and Alia were to get engaged today, my family and I would have also been there with them. Ranbir, Alia and Neetu have gone there for holidays and to bring in the new year. The news of their engagement is incorrect."
On the professional front, Ranbir and Alia will next be seen in director Ayan Mukerji's action-adventure-fantasy venture, Brahmastra. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. It marks the third collaboration between Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji after Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

Bigg Boss 14 contestant Rakhi Sawant is considered the most entertaining contestant of the season. She has been playing well and fans have loved her. It is my mother's wish only that Rakhi should continue to stay inside the Bigg Boss house and should emerge the winner. She is really happy with her game and even saw the Friday episode. She is happy that Rakhi is successfully playing her second innings in her career. Mother is really proud of Rakhi." Rakhi Sawant was bashed by Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik's fans for pulling Abhinav's pant's string. During the weekend ka vaar, Salman Khan also warned her not to cross limits.

In a past interview to TOI, Gauhar spoke about her relationship with Zaid. She said, "We have known each other not for a very long time. Late Sushant Singh Rajput's cousin Rajkumar Singh shot by unidentified assailants in Bihar’s Saharsa; condition critical
Fans of late Sushant Singh Rajput got a bad news on Saturday morning as news emerged that his maternal cousin brother, Rajkumar Singh has been shot by gunmen at Bihar's Saharsa. It seems he was shot outside his showroom at 10.30 am in the morning. Three unidentified gunmen on a bike shot at him and his colleague. He is the owner of three Yamaha showrooms. The SP of the town, Lipi Singh has confirmed the news. As of now, the cops are unable to track down the people who carried out the attack. His cousin is in hospital and his condition is quite critical.
It seems Rajkumar Singh and his aide Ali Hasan were attacked as they were travelling to the adjoining town of Madhepura. As per India TV, SP Lipi Singh said, "When Raj Kumar and Ali Hasan reached at Baijnathpur Chowk near Saharsa college, three unidentified men overtook their vehicles and opened fire at them. We have vital leads of this incident and the accused will be arrested soon." It looks like it was some property dispute, but the police has not ruled out the extortion angle. Rajkumar Singh owns three Yamaha showrooms in Saharsa, Supaul and Madhepura. It seems Ali Hasan's condition is very critical.
The late actor's father lives Patna, Bihar. He was also hospitalised some days back in Faridabad's Asian Heart Institute. It is not known if he is back in Patna or not. An official of the Saharsa Police said, "Prima facie its look to be a case of property dispute between Raj Kumar Singh and the assailants. However we are not ruling out the extortion angle. We are investigating all angles."
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his residence on June 14, 2020. As of now, the CBI is investigating his demise. They have not submitted the closure report.

In a recent interview to E Times, the Bigg Boss 13 winner revealed that whenever he gets a gift from fans and supporters, he makes a point to use them. Tribhanga: Kajol on the backlash over the gaalis; asks, 'Why do you have a problem now when I've killed people before?' [Exclusive]
Tribhanga on Netlfix, starring Kajol and directed by Renuka Shahane, has received glowing reviews and immense love across all quarters. However, there's a section of the viewers, particularly those on YouTube and Twitter, who seem offended by the frequent use of swear words in the movie, more so by Kajol, who has never portrayed such a character in the past. While we feel context and realism seem to have not been taken into account, we wanted to get the perspective of the star in the eye of the storm and got the perfect opportunity to do so in a recent exclusive interview for BollywoodLife.
"Gaalis (swear words) are a form of expression and a different language, too. A lot of people who use that language as a way of expression and for putting their thoughts across, there are some things that can't be put across without gaalis. In fact, there are people around me who use them regularly and it never bothers me. It's a feeling and I think we shouldn't judge people for it. My point is also that I've stabbed somebody before. They never took objection to that, then why do you have a problem now with gaalis when I've killed people before on screen (in Gupt)," said Kajol when we quizzed her about some of the backlash over the swear words uttered by her character in Netflix's Tribhanga.
Upon reflecting on the reasons for some of the backlash that has emerged, Kajol added, "I tell you honestly though, I get where they're coming from, what they're thinking because that love they have for you is so intense and pure that in a very weird way, we're put on a pedestal. So, yes, when we do things like this, I can understand where they're coming from, where they think that, no, we didn't like this. In a past interview to Harper's Bazaar India, Ananya spoke about body shaming. She said, "Body shaming is unacceptable, especially when it happens to young people, because they end up valuing their own worth based on someone else's harsh words. It appalls me that we would willingly make a person feel bad about their body shape or size."
She added, "We are meant to look different; we are meant to come in different shapes and sizes and colours that's what makes us beautiful! The worst thing a human can do to another is take away their confidence and self-worth."

Earlier, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Ananya reflected on working with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in director Shakuna Batra's next. "I have this list of people that I want to work with and Shakun is on that list. So for me when I got the opportunity to work with him, I put a tick mark near his name. It was really surreal for me. It was everything I could have dreamed of. We did a lot of workshops and readings. Shakun is just an amazing director for an actor to work with. He gives you so much space and clear instructions. Emilia Clarke garnered worldwide popularity for her portrayal of Danaerys Targaryen in Game Of Thrones. While she played her character with aplomb, you will be surprised to know that she was not the first choice for the role as Tamzin Merchant was the original choice for the role. In fact, she even got featured in the pilot episode of the series. The actress recently opened up on getting replaced by Emilia Clarke and told Entertainment Weekly, "Shooting that pilot was a really great lesson. It was an affirmation about listening to my instincts and following them, because I tried to back out of that situation and, during the contract process, I did back out. I was talked back into it by some persuasive people. Then I found myself naked and afraid in Morocco and riding a horse that was clearly much more excited to be there than I was." She added, "I didn't have any training as an actor, I only have my instincts. And what excites me and what drives me is a compelling story and a compelling character. So for me, Game of Thrones was never that. I think it's a testament to Emilia Clarke for making that role iconic she was obviously excited to tell that story, and she was epic and excellent. But for me, it wasn't in my heart to tell it."

Bigg Boss 14: Rahul Vaidya is NOT turning into Nikki Tamboli's puppet; say fans — view poll result
One of the episodes last week on Bigg Boss 14 required the housemates to continually repeat the task assigned to them as part of a time loop. Failure to do so or a requirement to step out of the loop would automatically disqualify a contestant from participating in the next round. As per the individuals tasks, Rakhi Sawant had the task to massage Abhinav Shukla with oil while Arshi Khan had multiple jobs of passing comments on Rakhi Sawant, getting into a major fight and cleaning the luggage area. On the other hand, Rubina Dilaik had to keep falling into the swimming pool, Aly Goni was required to keep saving her, Nikki Tamboli was made to clean the whole house while Rahul Vaidya had to constantly steal coffee for Nikki Tamboli.
Now, as a ploy to ensure a win over the tasks of the other housemates, Nikki hid the coffee jar for Rahul Vaidya to easily discover it over and over again. However, Rahul hid the broom to prevent Nikki from sweeping the house. When Nikki coaxed Rahul to reveal who hid the broom, he refused to do so, prompting her to complain that he's taking advantage of her. She then begins weeping and stating aloud that such instances are the reason she avoids communicating with Rahul as he always makes her sad. Eventually, she succeeds in making him reveal that he hid the broom.
Later, in the same episode, Rahul Vaidya was seen arguing with Arshi Khan, going as far as to compare his equation with her and that with Nikki, and bluntly stating that relationships keep changing in the Bigg Boss house, upsetting Arshi no end. Soon, Abhinav Shukla is overheard telling Rubina Dilaik how can Nikki Tamboli, who keeps bitching about Rahul, uses him as per her convenience. In fact, it seems to have become a pattern where Rahul favours Nikki despite the latter having degraded him on several occasions on the show. Since Devoleena had joined as Eijaz's proxy, the actress opened up on the same in an interview. "I am joining the show as Eijaz's proxy. He had established himself well and understood the game well. I will take his game and his interpersonal equations with other contestants forward. Mohit Malik tests COVID-19 negative; says, ‘Felt guilty to go on birthday trip when my wife was pregnant’
Lockdown Ki Love Story actor Mohit Malik has tested negative for Coronavirus. He had tested positive earlier. His wife, Additie Shirwaikar Malik, who is expecting their first child, didn't get the disease.
Mohit spoke about his experience to Bombay Times. He said that he felt 'guilty' about going on a birthday trip to Alibaug. "I had been working on my show and taking extra precautions. Also, my father-in-law was unwell and we were constantly going to the hospital during the entire lockdown period and never got the virus, inspite of being in a vulnerable zone. So, I was feeling extremely guilty that we were not cautious enough and decided to go for this trip on my birthday. My wife had planned this holiday and three of my friends had joined us. It was fun and all this time, I was thinking how Additie was next to me the whole time and we even shared food with each other; but it is only God's blessings that Additie did not get infected. Throughout the last two weeks, I was feeling guilty that I should not have taken this trip, specially when my wife is pregnant. But, hopefully, I am out of it and everything has ended well," stated Mohit.
He also spoke about he spent time in isolation. Mohit said, "While I stayed in my bedroom on one side for the last two weeks, my wife stayed in the guest room on the other side. This was easier because we recently moved to a newer home in Goregaon. The last two weeks have been traumatic because the virus forces you to distance yourself from everyone and you long the human touch. On regular days, you meet your loved ones and hug them; and here you are sick and not meeting your loved ones for days together, which becomes even more difficult to cope with the illness. I watched a lot of television, read many books and the last few days before I tested negative, I got bored and wanted this to end soon. I also realized that we all depend a lot on external factors to give us happiness. The pandemic has made us realise how meeting friends, going on a holiday or the human touch is a luxury and important in our lives."

Akshay Kumar: I am not a teacher; I do films that are responsible and also the films that are commercial
It has been 30 years since Akshay Kumar entered Bollywood, and he has gone through many highs and lows in his career so far. "The challenge lies in maintaining yourself. Maintaining yourself in the industry is a big challenge. You will not believe that entering the film industry is still easier, but to maintain yourself in the industry and to keep up and cope up with everything going on, and be there in the industry, is a very difficult job," Akshay told IANS, reflecting on his journey.
Over the years, Akshay has held on to the advice his father once gave him, as he surged ahead in his career.
"I follow what my father taught me -- keep working hard. Kal ki chinta na karo, aapne aap sab kuch theek hona shuru ho jayega (Stop worrying about the future, everything will get sorted out)," he shared.
The 53-year-old actor continued, "A lot of times, I have seen how the movie that I know is not good works. On the other hand there are times when I know the film is good, and yet it doesn't work. God has his own way of working and rewarding you. Jahaan dena hai wahaan kabhi kabhi nahi deta aur jahaan nahi dena wahaan de deta hai."
Akshay walked into the industry with Saugandh in 1991, but it was the action-packed thrills and punches of Khiladi (1992) that gave him the ticket to mainstream entertainment. There was a time when Bollywood's Khiladi Kumar got stuck in the action hero image, but he soon managed to break away from the stereotype with punches of another kind comedy. "I do films that are responsible and also the films that are commercial. I am not a teacher," Akshay said, on his way of picking projects.
"I do films I like, and the messages I like. Sometimes there is a message, and sometimes there is no message. I do different types of films and I want to continue doing them in the future," he continued.
"I don't want to be a teacher," the superstar asserted, adding: "I get associated with the message I believe in. I made a film on sanitary pads, and did one on the importance of toilets. (I) Also made one on science. I have made different types of films."
"There is also Housefull, which has no message, and where the message is just to laugh," added the actor, who was last seen in Laxmii, which was released on OTT.

'Vikas Gupta wanted to see my private parts,' alleges Roadies 9 winner Vikas Khoker in SHOCKING interview
It looks like there is no dearth of controversy around Vikas Gupta. The TV producer is out of Bigg Boss 14 due to less votes from the audience. Well, a new controversy has come up now. The winner of MTV Roadies 9 Vikas Khoker has claimed that Vikas Gupta asked him to compromise for work. He has alleged that he wanted him to send nude pics. In an interview to Navbharat Times, he said, "After I won Roadies in the year 2012, many people asked me to get involved with them physically and one of them was Vikas Gupta, who had approached me to fulfil his sexual desires."
He says that he met Vikas Gupta for the first time at a coffee shop in Andheri. It seems he was working with Balaji at that time and did not own his production house. This happened in 2012. He says that one day Vikas Gupta asked him to come at his place around 8 pm. When Khoker said he was some work and could meet him the next day at a coffee shop, Gupta allegedly told him that he had a body ache and wanted a massage from him. Khoker told Navbharat Times, "Though I somehow avoided Gupta on that day, he later approached me through an actor friend who told me that he can help me get a good job in the industry as Gupta had a very strong hold in Ekta Kapoor's company Balaji. But I made it clear that I do not want to compromise and will do whatever I can with my hard work."
Khokher has said that Vikas Gupta wanted to see his nude pics. He told the paper, "Once Gupta asked for my photos, saying he wants to cast me in a show. I sent some of my pictures but he asked me to send nudes. He told me that he wanted to see my body and private parts." He said that he always cited examples of Parth Samthaan and Priyank Sharma to people saying that they became stars as they were with him in a relationship.

One of the awaited films of Akshay Kumar is Bachchan Pandey. The shoot of the Sajid Nadiadwala film has begun in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. It will continue till March. Today, the makers have informed fans about who is the main villain of the action entertainer. It is official that they have roped in Abhimanyu Singh. The muscular actor has delivered fab performances in negative roles over the years. Fans mostly remember him as Bukka Reddy from the Ram Gopal Varma film Rakta Charitra. He has also films like Department, Mom, Gabbar Singh, Thalaivaa and others in the past.
The film has a starry line-up of actors like Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi and Pankaj Tripathi. Farhad Samji is going to direct the action entertainer. The movie is being mounted at a lavish scale. The buzz is that Akshay Kumar has reduced his fee for the movie. He generally charges around Rs 100-110 crores, but for this movie he has stuck to Rs 99 crores. Akshay Kumar and Sajid Nadiadwala have a long association. The superstar is the frontman of the Housefull series.
Kriti Sanon was one of the first to share pics from the sets of Bachchan Pandey. They were shooting in nine degrees in Rajasthan. The actress was also a part of Housefull 4. Bachchan Pandey is an upcoming action-comedy film directed by Farhad Samji and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

Nikki Tamboli's mom Pramila has come out in her daughter's defence. She told The Times Of India, "Nikki is just giving it back to people and why is it suddenly looking like badtameezi. She was initially loved for her fierce behaviour. She never goes around picking up fights with people, if someone passes comments against her, she gives it back and won't she. When she returned after her exit and started making bonds inside the house with the contestants, people said she was boring and was not seen.
