Rakul Preet Singh has tested positive for Coronavirus. She took to Twitter and wrote, "I'd like to inform everyone that I have tested positive for COVID-19. I have quarantined myself. I am feeling fine and will rest up well so that I can be back at shoot soon. Request everyone who met me to kindly get yourself tested. Thank you and Please stay safe (sic)."

The actress was on a vacation with her family in the Maldives last month.
In a past interview, the actress spoke about marriage. She said, "I have changed as a person. What I was isn't what I am, and for me the meaning of love is what I see in my parents. I believe in love and the marriage. I don't understand how people think of this as some sort of pressure. When you love someone, you love them with all your heart and that's the kind of person I am."
Talking about the qualities she expects in her man, she said, "The person has to be tall. Even in heels, I should still be able to look up to my man. The second most important quality is that he should have an intellect, and lastly some purpose in life."
The actress had taken up cycling during the lockdown. She had said, "Some form of cardio I haven't done before... for everybody who thinks that I am wearing a mask and not giving myself a breathing space. I am because yesterday there were a lot of comments that I shouldn't be walking with a mask on. I am not doing anything which increases my heart rate too much."
