The infamous tiff between Kangana Ranaut and director Krish Jagarlamudi had caused a lot of chaos in the industry. The director had alleged that Kangana removed her from Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, took over the director's seat herself and re-shot a lot of portions. While the entire controversy had left Krish mentally drained, the director has once again opened up about his fiasco with Kangana in 2019.
"I really want to speak one last time," Krish Jagarlamudi said when he appeared on Samantha Akkineni's talk show, SamJam, along with Rakul Preet Singh.
Speaking about the controversy over Manikarnika's director credits, "After Kangana and her team watched the film, I got a call after two days... As a storyteller, I feared I'll remain unknown to the world. As artists, we can only show it to the world when we get the right opportunities."
. @Rakulpreet and @DirKrish open up about life, career, controversies and more on #SamJam.

Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi released on January 25 last year. Kangana played the title role and the film also marked her debut as a director. Kangana and Krish shared the director's credit where Krish's name was shown as Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi.
The film revolves around the journey of how Rani Laxmibai, the queen of Jhansi, fought a battle against the then British government and lost her life on the battlefield.
