A couple of days ago, a few crew members on the sets of Jug Jugg Jeeyo had been tested positive for the novel coronavirus. That included Neetu Kapoor and Varun Dhawan as well. However, both of them returned to the sets after quarantining themselves, taking necessary precautions and beating the COVID-19 virus. Since it was her last day on the sets of Jug Jugg Jeeyo, Neetu Kapoor took to her social media handle to pen a heartfelt note for her crew. She shared a boomerang video and a picture with her makeup artist, hair-dresser and her assistant on the sets. The boomerang video consists of them all helping Neetu Kapoor while she munches on some enchiladas.
"Last day with my #JJJ squad who have become family, will miss them @raj_a_mehta @heemadattani @sheetal_f_khan @ali_hussain_244 @pintusingh.rani63 @dimplegurnani @dharmamovies #JugJuggJeeyo," Neetu Kapoor captioned the post. Check it out below:
When tested positive, Neetu Kapoor had taken to her Instagram handle and confirmed the news. "Earlier this week I tested positive for Covid-19. All safety measures are being followed and I am thankful to the authorities for all their help and quick response. I am in self-quarantine, taking medication on my doctor's advice and feeling better. I am so grateful for all your love and support! Please stay safe, wear a mask, keep safe distance. Take care," she wrote.
Meanwhile, earlier, when she was flying to Chandigarh to begin shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo, Neetu Kapoor had posted a heartfelt note, saying, "My first flight, in these scary times !! Nervousss for this journey !! While Kapoor Sahab, you aren't here holding my hand, I know you are with me .. #RnR thank you for encouraging me to do this..#jugjuggjeeyo."
Jug Jugg Jeeyo is being helmed by Good Newwz helmer Raj Mehta. We cannot wait to see the film now.
