Bigg Boss 14's latest entrant is Sonali Phogat. The politician and actress from Haryana was seen in last night's episode where she cried her heart out in front of Rahul Vaidya. She said that she sorely misses her husband, Sanjay Phogat. It seems he was very supportive and encouraged her to finish her education and pursue a career. Sonali Phogat is also very active on TikTok. But do you know that she has a connection with Kavita Kaushik's ex-boyfriend, Nawab Shah. Sonali Phogat was part of the TV show, Amma that was telecast on Zee TV. The show was based on Mumbai's underworld in the 1970's and 80's. She played the role of Nawab Shah's character Haider Ali Qazi's wife. He played the role of a Mumbai don, and his role was loosely inspired by Haji Mastan. Sonali Phogat played the role of his wife. This is not all.
Kavita Kaushik and Nawab Shah were in a relationship for close to five years. They met while working on a play and fell in love. It seems the relationship did not culminate into marriage due to religious differences. However, Nawab Shah said that it did not materialise as they were having differences for a long time. He is now married to Pooja Batra. Coming to Sonali Phogat, the lady will also be seen in a film with Bhojpuri superstar, Ravi Kishan. As we know, he was a part Bigg Boss season one.
Sonali Phogat who completed her 12th from Haryana began modelling when she was in Noida for further studies. Her husband, Sanjay Phogat supported her. She started off with Doordarshan Haryana and later worked in local films too. It was BJP MP Sumitra Mahajan who motivated her to enter into politics. She did her first political campaign from Delhi's Chandni Chowk and has been with the BJP for past 12 years. As of now, she looks after the rights of tribal women in Haryana and Chandigarh. She represents the Adampur Constituency.
