If you would remember, when Shehnaaz Gill had made a stunning entry on the premiere of Bigg Boss 13, on the very first day, she had pronounced herself as 'Punjab ki Katrina Kaif'. Her striking resemblance to the Tiger Zinda Hai actress had stunned everyone and even Salman Khan couldn't stop blushing looking at her. She even danced with Salman on Dil Diya Gallan and the Dabangg Khan happily agreed to shake a leg together on stage. And now Shehnaaz has channelled her inner Katrina Kaif and left everyone jaw-dropped with her Jagga Jasoos avatar.
Of late, the Bigg Boss 13 contestant has been on a photo-sharing spree showing off her curves post weight loss. She lost approximately 12 kgs only by controlling her diet sans exercise. From slipping into a pencil dress to pulling off off-shoulder tops, Shehnaaz has making everyone fall head over heels in love with her. And this time around, she decided to replicate Katrina Kaif's avatar from Jagga Jasoos wherein she wore a yellow T-shirt and denim dungaree. She clicked a selfie in the same outfit, juxtaposed with Katrina's look and captioned it saying, "My Katnaaz." Needless to say, Shehnaaz looked like a spitting image of Katrina and even Salman would bet on it.
A couple of months ago, Shehnaaz had said that she is done with her identity of being Punjab's Katrina Kaif. However, there was a catch. She said that she is not just Punjab's but India's Katrina Kaif. Punjab dikh gaya. Punjab ki toh Katrina Kaif thi na main (I have seen Punjab. I was Punjab's Katrina Kaif, wasn't I)? Now, I am India ki Shehnaaz Gill. India ki Shehnaaz Gill matlab India, not Punjab. Mazaak kar rahi hoon (I am just joking)," Shehnaaz had said in a video clip that was widely circulated on her social media fan pages.
Shehnaaz became a household name after her stint in Bigg Boss 13 and received immense love from the audience for her honesty. Her love and hate relationship with Sidharth Shukla was also tremendously adored by the audience and gave them a name 'Sidnaaz' which still trends on social media platforms. It is being said that Shehnaaz will once again enter the Bigg Boss 14 house with Sidharth who will be seen as a mentor in the new season.
