13 years of Jab We Met: Kareena Kapoor shares throwback BTS pic with Shahid Kapoor and director Imtiaz Ali

Thirteen years ago, Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor had left everyone in awe of their unusual love story in filmmaker Imtiaz Ali's Jab We Met. The two were dating each other for a brief period of time and had broken up on a bitter note. But the former couple didn't let their personal differences get into their professional space and brought the romance alive on screen with their loving chemistry. Both Shahid and Kareena are now happily married with their respective spouses, Mira Rajput and Saif Ali Khan, the bitterness between the them has faded with time. And since the Jab We Met has completed 13 years, Kareena walked down the memory lane to celebrate the occassion with a throwback picture with Shahid on the sets.

In the picture, Shahid and Kareena along with director Imtiaz Ali can be seen looking into the screen as they shoot for the Nagada Nagada song. While Shahid can be seen dressed in black kurta, Kareena looks ethereal in traditional attire. Sharing the picture, Kareena also wrote one of her dialogues from the film, which reads, 'Mujhe toh lagta hai life mein jo kuch insaan real mein chahta hai, actual mein, usse wohi milta hai.'

On the work front, Kareena, who is pregnant with her second child, recently completed shooting for her part in Aamir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha. She also celebrated her 8th wedding anniversary by sharing a mushy message for her hubby dearest on social media.

Shahid, on the other hand, is busy prepping for his upcoming film Jersey, which is an official remake of 2019 Telugu film by the same name. He will be reprising the role played by actor Nani in the film.
