The focus in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case has shifted totally towards the drugs angle. This has happened after Rhea Chakraborty who is now lodged in the Byculla Women's Prison was found procuring and financing drugs allegedly for late Sushant Singh Rajput. There are six people who are being held by the Narcotics Control Bureau right. They include Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant, Abdul Basit Parihar, Zaid Vilatra and Rhea. In a report published in CNN News 18, some of the statements made by Rhea Chakraborty to NCB has been reportedly accessed. She has made five to six statements, which shows the extent of substance abuse in the industry.
Rhea Chakraborty has said that leading actors have consumed drugs with Sushant. She also said that drug parties were held at his Pawana farmhouse. She said top stars attended these bashes where drugs like cocaine, LSD and curated marijuana were allegedly consumed. She said she has never been to the parties at his place. She also revealed that some actors provided contraband at these parties. This is not all. She said the late actor told her that a top filmmaker introduced the late actor to such drug parties. Rhea Chakraborty has already said that he was addicted to marijuana in her interview to Rajdeep Sardesai.
Mukesh Chhabra who is a close friend of the actor has rubbished her claims of indulging in substance abuse. He has said that these allegations are malicious. However, in various interviews, Raees Khan who is the manager of the Pawana farmhouse has said that amongst celebs it was only Sara Ali Khan who was a regular there from October 2018 to January 2019. Besides them, it was the cast of Chhichhore that visited his Pawana farmhouse. He has claimed in Film Window that no other celeb visited Sushant's Pawana home. We wonder how the Narcotics Control Bureau is going to verify these claims.
