After Kangana Ranaut's spat with the BMC; social media revisits the incident with Kapil Sharma

Kangana Ranaut has made national headlines after BMC demolished the allegedly illegal part of her office, Manikarnika Pictures in Khar. The actress has slammed them with strong words on social media. Kangana Ranaut has accused the Uddhav Thackeray Government of conspiring with Bollywood mafia and harassing her. After this incident, people are remembering occasions when BMC demolished allegedly illegal structures of Shah Rukh Khan and Kapil Sharma. In fact, the star comedian is now trending on social media. In 2016, Kapil Sharma in an angry tweet wrote, "I am paying 15 cr income tax from last 5 year n still I have to pay 5 lacs bribe to BMC office to make my office." He also tagged Narendra Modi in that tweet. After reading that, Devendra Fadnavis who was the CM of Maharashtra promised strict action against corrupt officials.

Fadnavis wrote back, "Have directed MC (municipal commissioner), BMC, to take strictest action. We will not spare the culprit." Manohar Pawar, the chief engineer of the BMC wrote a letter to Kapil Sharma. The letter read, "The BMC has taken note of your complaint and we assure you that we will thoroughly investigate the matter and take serious action against the concerned. To enable us to take this action, you are requested to share the name of the concerned who have demanded the bribe." This is how fans are remembering the incident on social media.

Post that, Kapil Sharma went through a lot in his life. The comedian was missing in action for almost a year due to health issues. However, his return has been a scintillating one.
